The Guardian of Tora returns in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV. Like the other Guardians, he has an updated look with a balding hair style and a mustache, and now wears a robe with green trim.

Like last time, Tora's Gem was stolen by a large bird, though he is now found in front of Tora Tree attempting to follow the bird himself. Talking to him will allow access into the tree.
