Sleep returns as a skill in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV, now capable of being used by player characters. To do so, a character needs to either read a Book of Sleep or have a Sleep Wand equipped. The skill costs 12 Energy points.

When used, Sleep will put an opponent to sleep, unless the opponent is immune to it.
