A Mega Health Vial is an item in the Power Master series, first appearing in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. It is an improved version of the basic Health Vial. When used, it restores a character's Health.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Mega Health Vials are uncommon items. When used, they restore a character's Health by 500 points and it can be used both in the field and in battles. One is always dropped when the player defeats the Mega Monster.
