A Mega Health Vial is an item in the Power Master series, first appearing in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. It is an improved version of the basic Health Vial. When used, it restores a character's Health.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Mega Health Vials are uncommon items. When used, they restore a character's Health by 500 points and it can be used both in the field and in battles. One is always dropped when the player defeats the Warrior and the Mega Monster. Its standard buy price is 150 Sers, making its sell price 75 Sers.
