The Book of Burn is a book of Fire- and Dark-based magic, first appearing in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, a Book of Burn is an equipable weapon. According to its description, it is created by fusing a Book of Fire and a Book of Sleep together. Book of Burn deals both Fire- and Dark-based damage and increases the wielder's Attack by 10. It makes the wielder strong against Ice-, Fire-, Dark-, and Physical-based moves, but weak to Water-, Stone-, Wind-, Light-, and Weapon-based ones. It also has a 100% chance of inflicting a Burned status ailment on the enemy, unless the enemy is immune to the ailment.
