The Guardian of Yora is, as the name implies, the Guardian of the Town of Yora. He first appears in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey.

Power Master 1: A Strange Journey

In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, the Guardian of Yora is attending the Yora Tournament. He is there to present the Yora Gem to the winner of the tournament, as part of the Guardians' decision to allow one person from the town to have a free wish. When Gold Knight wins the tournament, the Guardian of Yora allows him to use it to challenge the player.
