She and her husband got into an unspecified argument and her husband left, but Veronica wishes to apologize, so she asks the player to find her husband, Kevin, in Dora. Talking to her after the quest is completed will have her reward the player with a Gold Shield. If the player is under the effects of Doppel's Dimension, Veronica turns into clothing.
