Parker is a character living in Iora who first appears in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. He is a fashionista, designing many pieces of clothing and armor. He gives the player a quest to complete, wanting the player to show him the "most impressive outfit" they have. When under the effects of Doppel's Dimension, he turns invisible.
