Kandice is a minor character first appearing in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey in the town of Uora. Due to the Mole problem, she claims everyone is too busy trying to fix it that no one has time for her. So she asks the player to play with her. During the quest, she can be found in Dora, then returns home to Uora.
