In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, a Book of Mist is an equipable weapon. According to its description, it is created by fusing a Book of Light and a Book of Water together. Book of Mist deals both Light- and Water-based damage and increases the wielder's Attack by 10. It makes the wielder strong against Wind-, Light-, Fire-, Stone-, and Water-based moves, with the wielder taking 75% less damage from Wind attacks, but weak to Dark-, Ice-, and Lightning-based ones. It also has a 40% chance of inflicting either a Blinded or Slowed status ailment on the enemy.
