Book of Meteor deals both Fire- and Stone-based damage and increases the wielder's Attack by 90. It makes the wielder strong against Fire- and Ice-based moves, but weak to Water- and Lightning-based ones, with the user taking 75% less damage from Ice-based attacks. It also has a 40% chance of inflicting either a Burned or Petrified status ailment on the enemy.
