Template:DisambigMsg Sora (also called the Cloudy Town) is a town within the Land of Moneo, first appearing in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey. It is always in the shadow of the unique clouds above it, which people are capable of standing on, called Sora Sky.
Power Master 1: A Strange Journey
Template:Town The Guardian of Sora's house is in the north part of town, with the Shop in the southwest and the Inn in the southeast. The character Samantha's house is to the northwest and Jethro's house is to the northeast.
South of the town of Sora is a device that can send the player into Sora Sky. To activate it, the player has to hit two buttons within it. However, the player can also be attacked by Rock Warriors within the device. Stepping on and facing the edges of the structure will make the player jump down to a lower section. Once the two buttons within the structure are activated, stepping onto the grate at the top of the device will summon a tornado and launch the player into Sora Sky.
After the player defeats Exitilus, they can return to town and talk to the character Jethro to get an Airship, though they first must offer up a Book of Wind. Upon doing so, Jethro will allow the player to ride his Airship around the Land of Moneo. Talking to his daughter afterward will give the player the option of returning the Airship to Sora.

Quests
Only one quest is found in the town of Sora. Walking into the empty house to the northwest and waiting a few seconds, Samantha will appear. Talking to her will and accepting her plea will activate her quest, where she wants to check on her daughters. After doing so and returning to her house, she will leave and give the player a Scroll.
Additionally, the scholar for Jaxer Regan's quest is found in the Inn.
Transformations
When the player is under the effects of Doppel's Dimension, the characters in town will transform into the following:
- Girl in town - A Gargoyle
- Boy in town - Samantha
- The well - Skragon
- Pam - A statue of Pam
- Old woman in the Shop - Plates of food (which can still be talked to)
- Violet - A statue of Violet
- Old man in the Inn - Black haired man
- Girl in the Inn - A necklace
- Jethro's daughter - Veronica
Treasures
- Book of Sun Stone - On top of Samantha's house. Fall from Sora Sky in the northwest area to get to it.
- Knight Helmet - Jump down from ledges on the tornado device.
- Book of Vanish - Talk to the girl in the Inn.
