In Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, the Hero's Tunic is a rare piece of clothing, only being obtained by defeating the Mysterious Man in Area Unknown. When equipped, it increases the wielder's Defense by 200. Based on the appearance and description, it's likely the Hero's Tunic is meant to reference the tunic Link wears in The Legend of Zelda series.
