Frank is a minor character who first appears in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV.

Power Master 1: A Strange Journey

While Frank does not appear in Power Master 1: A Strange Journey, Frank was initially supposed to be the boss of the town's area, Xora Xylophone. The area ended up being cut, along with Frank himself, replaced with Xora Xeno. However, at the end of the game, Frank is referenced during the town aftermaths, with Xora's saying "a group of traveling musicians have made this their home."

Power Master: A Strange Journey MV

Frank resides in his home in the Town of Xora. Before defeating Galactrila, he only complains about missing his stuff. After Galactrila is defeated, Frank says he needs some help putting a band together. While the player can accept the quest, the quest cannot currently be completed.
