Percival Noel, or simply Percy, is a minor character in the Power Master series, first appearing in Power Master: A Strange Journey MV.

Biography

Percival is married to Jeanette Olivine, and with Jillian Noel being his daughter. He works under Butch as part of the Cornerstone Construction Crew.

In Power Master: A Strange Journey MV, Percival is one of the Workers that gets controlled by Hypnock. Upon defeating Hypnock, the player can talk to Percival, where he complains about half of his crew leaving. Jennifer talks him into letting them help, to which Percival is grateful for. As of the final demo, his quest can be accepted, but it cannot be completed.

He uses an altered Worker portrait graphic, giving him the colors of an Elite Worker.
