It makes the wielder strong against Wind-, Water-, Stone-, and Fire-based moves, but weak to Lightning-based ones. The wielder takes 75% less damage from Wind- and Stone-based attacks, but 400% more damage from Lightning-based ones. It also has a 40% chance of inflicting a Petrified or Slowed status ailment on the enemy.
